In this post, we will walk you through 5 Easy Steps of Adjusting Your Wooden Watch so that you have the perfect fit.

Step 1) Remove Your A Few Wood Men Wooden Tool from the A Few Wood Men Wooden Box

The first step in gaining the perfect fit for your wooden watch is to remove your tool from the wooden box. This tool consists of a watch link remover that happens to be a thin needle that allows easy removal access for your wooden links.  The tool should be located under your wooden watch pillow within a plastic bag for handling.

Step 2) Unscrew your A Few Wood Men Tool 

The second step to gaining the perfect fit for your wooden watch is to unscrew the tool that came in your A Few Wood Men wooden box. You will take the tool and unscrew by turning the head in a right circular motion. As you continue to turn, you should see the needle appear. Continue to move in the circular motion until the entire needle is visible.

3) Locate the Links You Want to Have Removed

The third step to gaining the perfect fit for your wooden watch is to locate the watch links that you would like to have removed. On the right or left-hand side and at times both, you will see small holes on the side of your wooden watch. These holes are for your watch adjustment. These holes are utilized so that you can add or remove wooden links based on your personal taste and individual fit. 

4) Insert the Link Remover Tool to Remove Selected Watch Links

The fourth step to gaining the perfect fit for your wooden watch is to remove the watch links necessary for the perfect fit. You will take the tool and insert into the holes on the right-hand side. Tap the head of the link remover for an easy push of the internal watch link. If the link does not come out the first time, a few more taps of the needle should push out the watch link. Be sure that you are careful with the needle at the time of removal, the needle is sharp. 

*We also suggest that you use an item with a flat surface such as a book for added pressure when removing links.

5) Place Links Within Your A Few Wood Men Wooden Box and Enjoy

The fifth and final step to gaining the perfect fit for your wooden watch is to place your removed watch links within your A Few Wood Men Wooden Box and adjust your wooden watch with the metal clasps. Be sure to place your tool remover back within its initial case and enjoy!
