Excellence in action!! I had already bought a Chadwick (which I LOVE) and reached out to the company owner to share the issue I was having with its butterfly clasp. Within 72 hours, the company offered to send a replacement, mailed a new watch out to me, and emailed me a return label for the old watch. The replacement is PERFECT - NO issues. Customer satisfaction doesn't come like that everyday. Consider me an AFWM ambassador for life.

This is my 2nd purchase with the company and heres the reason why i rated 3 stars. I originally bought a watch for my sons graduation but the watch broke. AFWM was great in their response giving me options. The response time couldve been faster. So fast forward i attended Essence Fest and to my surprise AFWM were there. Got a chance to meet and chop it up with the founder. I was able to upgrade my watch by paying the difference in price for the watch mentioned earlier. Here is my issue. Once i got my new watch, it needed to be adjusted. So i left and came back and it wasnt ready. Ended up waiting way too long and didnt leave NOLA with my watch. I just recieved my watch a few days ago, 2 weeks after leaving it behind. This is a easy fix. There should be someone who knows how to adjust the watches in a timely manner. Aside from that i love my watch and the customer service was good. Thx

I would like to offer an update to my review about this watch and instead rave about the customer service experience that went above and beyond my expectations. My previous review lamented that the watch had screws that fell apart. Well, the company sent a new watch in perfect condition quickly and without hassle. It’s rare to find customer service like that - the site won’t allow me to amend my previous review, but I wanted to follow up with a new perspective. I admire a company that stands by the product, and values the customer!

The watch is appealing, well crafted, and a head turner. The fit is comfortable, especially once I put a link back in the band. I realized I took out one too many, as the butterfly clasp was strained and if I bumped the side button on anything one side would unlock. In a word, beautiful. Well done AFWM.

Beautiful watch but the clasp wouldn’t stay latched so we had to get it professionally fixed before it could be worn. Then within a few weeks of wearing it the little screws for the side latches of the watch face started falling out with normal wear, so now it can’t be worn at all because there is nothing to hold the face on. It’s a shame because my fiancé absolutely loved it. $400 and only three weeks of wear to show for it.

I bought this for my husband as a Christmas gift because he's fascinated with watches...He loved it!! This watch is beautifully made and so unique. I've never seen a watch of this caliber before. I honestly don't even know how I found this company but I'm glad I did. I ordered this on Wednesday and paid for next day shipping. I was kind of nervous that it wouldn't make it here in time for Christmas, but customer service assured me that my order had already been shipped. Response and shipping time were quick. I'm extremely impressed, and I already have my eye on the next piece.

I absolutely love the design and look of the watch. However, the engraving cannot be read. It’s a gift for Mr husband and the engraving means a lot.

I’m proud to wear this time piece because the company is black owned. When I had an issue with the craftsmanship the company immediately sent a replacement. My one issue with this piece is the clasp that holds the piece at the wrist. It constantly unhooks when I bend my wrist inward which presses the clasp to release. This is so annoying, but I do get a lot of compliments for the Chadwick. It’s so stylish. Just wish the design of the clasp was better.
